When Inspire Early Childhood Learning Center opens this fall on Highway M between Waunakee and Middleton, the $6 million, 23,000-square-foot child care facility will have a Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired design, nearly 50 teachers and 40 acres of land for zebra, a camel, kangaroos, ring-tailed lemurs and an aviary filled with exotic birds. The plan is to get kids started on the right path to success.
A proposed new 23,000-square-foot early childhood learning center called Inspire Early Childhood going in on Oncken Road that purports to offer a unique educational experience aims to do just that.
“We’ll support learning and curiosity,” said Inspire owner and founder Bob Davis, a Waunakee resident. “It’s all about building performance character traits in children.”
Davis said that research shows that the best indicators of future success for young people are performance character traits, which include persistence, curiosity, social intelligence and optimism.
